WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THESE POSITIONS:
CREW MEMBER - Performs various work including pruning, removals, plant health care, planting and stump grinding. Communication, reliability and willingness to learn is a key element to this position. Experience is valuable but not required, we will train.
Qualifications:
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Ability to read and execute work orders properly
● Must be able to work well within a team structure
● Good communication skills needed with clients and other team members
PLANT HEALTH CARE TECHNICIAN - Performs fertilization and insect and disease management on trees and shrubs using spray and injection tools. Customer communication is a key element of the position, as well as routing, product mixing and application. Tree and shrub ID, knowledge of insects and diseases that affect trees and shrubs is valuable but not required, we will train.
Qualifications:
● Valid driver's license
● Must be willing to obtain a WI Pesticide applicators license, bonus if you already have one
● Good communication skills needed with clients and other team members
ARBORIST - Works with our tree crews performing pruning and removals. Communication, reliability and willingness to learn is a key element to this position. Experience is valuable but not required, we will train.
